"I have a terrible miscellany of thoughts," he said.
Donald Hall will be the nation's new Poet Laureate. This article, Outspoken New Englander Is New Poet Laureate, appears to sum up his career neatly. I like Mr. Hall's ideas to promote poetry, to give it more public voice. Although, he looks very comfortable sitting there on his porch--so very New England. It's interesting how deep a poetic tradition lives in those woods.

Very true. About the woods, I mean. Some might say that's where we go to live deliberately. Etc.

OK, so that's "take the world BY storm," not "my storm."
...Nobody ever said you need to type well in order to write awful poetry.
